GoVivo Solutions LLC (“GoVivo,” “we,” “us”) is a small technology services company based in Austin, Texas. This page explains in plain language what information we collect through govivosolutions.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form
We receive what you type in, such as your name, email address, phone number, practice name, team size, the area you’d like help with, and your message.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and browser and sends it to Google for analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Booking a time (Calendly)
If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the name, email address, and any answers you give when booking, and shares them with us so we can meet. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies to its service.
Analytics and site logs
We don’t currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If we add basic analytics later to see which pages are useful, we’ll update this page first. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up the conversation you asked for.
- To provide and support services you choose to work with us on.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We don’t sell your information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and respond to you (for example hosting, email, reCAPTCHA, and Calendly), or when the law requires it.
Please don’t send patient health information
Our website forms aren’t meant for patient health information. Please don’t include patient names, records, or other health details in a form or booking note. If something sensitive needs to be shared, we’ll set up an appropriate way to do that once we talk.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and for our normal business records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email contact@govivosolutions.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
